🎯 Prepping for meetings can be time-consuming and inconsistent across teams. Here’s how Dust can help automate and standardize your meeting preparation workflow.
In this guide, you’ll learn how to create an assistant that:
- Scans your calendar to identify upcoming meetings
- Generates prep notes automatically by retrieving CRM context from HubSpot
- Delivers a list of meeting briefs with links, ready to use before each call

Overview
Here is how we envision the flow for this use case:
- We want to have an agent that can look into a person’s calendar to identify upcoming meetings.
- For each meeting, the agent should call a specialized agent that will search HubSpot (CRM) to generate a meeting prep note following a template.
- We want to get as output the link to all the meeting prep notes.
